There is no doubt that the world is changing and the environment and how we might better protect it not only big news but also big business! Who gets the biggest criticism and pays the most penalties? Why it’s the beleaguered motorist, of course. Governments and car manufacturers are trying harder than ever to get people (by people I mean you and me) into greener, more efficient, more “environmentally friendly” vehicles. Here at wise-car.com we want the paint the picture of how it is right now. What manufacturers are doing in this field, what governments are doing and what average people are doing. Can you run an internal combustion engine on H2O? We have no idea but many, many people do have an idea and there are huge differences of opinion. Is a hybrid car really “friendly” to the environment or are we just moving the “problem” around i.e. what happens to all those batteries when it’s time to dispose of the car? Also electric cars, what about the power stations that provide the electricity? And so on and so on….It’s a big subject and we’re probably only scratching the surface but hey, we’ve got to start somewhere!
